The 11th Annual Scottish Chefs’ Conference: Monday 7th November

The Scottish Chefs’ Conference returns for the 11th year, and this time it’s got a new format. With eight of the world’s finest chefs sharing their skills, techniques and philosophies and demonstrating their own special dishes, the 2016 conference is one not to be missed.
