An Aberdeen icon has relaunched as The Chester Hotel. The former Simpson’s Hotel opened at the beginning of March on the city’s Queen’s Road and, after an extensive refurbishment now boasts 54 bedrooms and a restaurant led by Savoy-trained executive chef, Kevin Dalgleish.
As the latest venture by Graham and Gillian Wood, the hotel builds on the success of the Chester Residence in Edinburgh, which was recently named TripAdvisor’s top UK Small Hotel for the second consecutive year.
