Dalhouise Castle, near Edinburgh, has announced the appointment of Alan Fry as General Manager. The appointment comes as the hotel falls under the ownership of Robert and Gina Parker. Sister properties include Doxford Hall, Eshott Hall and Guyzance Hall, all in North Northumberland. Joining Dalhousie Castle from Cromlix House Hotel in Kinbuck, Perthshire, Alan brings with him over 20 years’ experience to the role.
