Apex Hotels has launched their latest venture, in Perthshire. Pine Trees Hotel celebrated its relaunch yesterday evening, opening up it 32 rooms to guests from the press and hospitality sector at a festive gathering in Pitlochry.
General Manager, David Lapsley – the former owner of Etive restaurant in Oban – introduced the hotel’s restaurant, Fauna, in addition to the hotel’s bar, Flora.
Angela Vickers, Chief Executive of Apex Hotels said: ‘At Pine Trees, we are championing a slowed-down, wholesome way of living, where the hustle of the modern world gives way to the tranquillity of nature. Our philosophy is all about focusing on quality, simplicity and peace.’
