The Board of Archerfield Walled Garden’s has announced Scott Hunter as pastry chef. Beginning his career at the Waterside Bistro in East Lothian over two decades ago, Scott (pictured) went on to study Food and Hospitality management Edinburgh before specialising in pastry with roles at Edinburgh’s Caledonian Hilton, Scotsman Hotel and for CIS Excellence-winning chef Paul Kitching, at 21212 restaurant.
