Atholl Arms Announces New Head Chef

The Atholl Arms Hotel at Dunkeld has appointed Alistair Bryson as Head Chef.
Ally (pictured far right with colleagues Eray Raif and Kris McGregor in blue apron), was formerly head chef at Sante wine bar and restaurant in the centre of Perth, and sous chef at Murrayshall House Hotel, near Scone.
The historic 17-bed Atholl Arms is one of only two restaurants in Perth and surrounding area which are members of the Cittaslow movement, whose aims include supporting local food producers.
Alan Berwick, the hotel’s operations director, commented: ‘We are delighted to have attracted such a talented young chef to head our kitchen team.
