Mark Sargeant has released his latest video which demonstrates how the Brakes product range can inspire chefs throughout the country and across the sector.
Previously head chef under Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, where he gained a Michelin Star, Mark (pictured) was also crowned Young Chef and National Chef of the Year in 1996 and 2002 respectively.
