New Recruitment Research Highlights Lack of High Quality Hospitality Applicants

In the report, entitled How To Improve Application Quality In Hospitality the researchers explore the state of job applications in hospitality, based on extensive work with recruiters and jobseekers.

Among other notable conclusions, the findings point to outdated hiring practices, mismatched expectations and missed opportunities, although they also offer clear, practical steps that employers can take to attract stronger candidates and hire faster and more efficiently.
