A group of chefs and food writers gathered last week to celebrate Scottish seafood with a new Edinburgh gin. Guests from around the UK were welcomed to a one-off tasting of some of the country’s finest seafood – paired with Edinburgh Gin – at the capital’s Restaurant Mark Greenaway in North Castle Street.
Clare MacDougall, Trade Marketing Manager at Seafood Scotland, said: ‘We created this opportunity to show off the quality and diversity of what Scotland’s waters as well as our growing drinks industry has to offer.’
