CIS Excellence Chef of the Year 2013, Graeme Pallister, has launched his new-look 63 Tay Street Restaurant in Perth.
Featuring a new à la carte menu concept and redecorated interior, the double AA-award-winning restaurant now offers a casual dining concept.
Chef proprietor Graeme (pictured left with colleague Lee Steele) said: ‘We opened 63 Tay Street 10 years ago, and felt it was time to move on to next chapter.
‘With this new look we’re still producing the same standard of dishes and service, but we now offer our guests more of a choice.’
