The DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh has bolstered its team with the appointment of Morten Rengtved as its new head chef.
Having previously worked at the King’s Manor Hotel in Portobello and the Dalmahoy Marriott, Danish-born Morten (pictured) also reached the quarter finals of BBC Master Chef in 2012.
Ronald Little, general manager at the Bread Street hotel, said: ‘Morten is a highly motivated, experienced chef and I am in no doubt that he will prove to be a perfect fit within the hotel’s team.’
