Award-winning Edinburgh-based Appetite Direct has been chosen to cater for Edinburgh International Festival (EIF) venues for the next three years, in a five-figure sponsorship deal.
According to management, the company, which is located in the city’s Newhaven area, has increased in size by 20% in the last 12 months and the three-year EIF contract helps secure the future of its 10 full-time and 30 part-time staff.
Director Nigel Kennedy said: ‘We have always had a great relationship with the team at EIF, and this new contract demonstrates a real confidence in our company, while reinforcing our commitment to the arts in Edinburgh.
