An Edinburgh restaurant has become one of the first in the city to offer Indian cookery classes. Located on the city’s Morrison Street, The Mumbai Mansion Restaurant & Grill aims to teach customers a few of the most popular Indian dishes from its menu.
Head chef Pramod Nawani (pictured left) will oversee the classes, while pastry chef Rawat Dev Singh will oversee creation of the desserts.
Classes start in January (Tuesday to Sunday from 2.30pm – 5pm ) and cost £99 per person, including an eight-course meal following the cookery session.
