3) Sous chef wanted for 18-bedroom Scottish boutique country house hotel and two-rosette restaurant, situated on a magnificent sea loch.

  • Package: £23,000 salary and gratuities, plus very reasonable, newly refurbished live-in accommodation.

4) Bars Manager,  Premium Hotel Operator

  • Location: Edinburgh
