Entiér Clean Up in ScotHot 2015 Culinary Competitions

Aberdeen-based Entiér Services amassed a collection of medals during the Scottish Culinary Championships held at ScotHot earlier this month.
Reigning Grampian Chef of the Year David Mathieson scooped a gold medal as well as overall Scottish Contract Chef of the Year.
Meanwhile, Alisdair MacSween also collected a gold medal and Craig Watt a silver.
And the company’s junior competitors (pictured) also achieved success, with Danielle Ritchie gaining a Merit in the shellfish dish competition, and Alix Frost gaining a bronze medal in the Gressingham Duck. Eve Johnston was also announced as a silver medal winner in the Risotto Challenge.
Executive chef Bruce Lawrence commented: ‘This success demonstrates that Entiér has the best talent in Scotland, and our juniors have a very bright and exciting future.
CEO Peter Bruce added: I’m very proud to have such an array of talent within the company. Congratulations to all of Team Entiér.’
