A new video has been released on YouTube which features several recognisable Scottish personalities talking about what Scottish food and drink means to them. Speaking ahead of the forthcoming worldwide St Andrews Day celebrations, the stars of Scottish hospitality include chefs, restaurateurs, foodies, bloggers and hoteliers. Andrew Radford, co-founder of the CIS Excellence Award-winning Timberyard restaurant in Edinburgh, is joined by Hilary Stuzager, the prolific blogger who founded MyMonkfish.com and Tom Lewis, proprietor of Monachyle Mhor Hotel in Balquidder. Menwhile, Centotre’s Victor and Carina Contini wax lyrical about Scottish produce, and the city’s own star chef, Roy Brett, talks of the world-class ingredients available on our doorstep.
