Glasgow-based restaurant group, the Superlative Collection, has announced the appointment of Conner Magee as Head Chef at Glaschu.
Having worked in several of the UK’s most respected kitchens, including Aquavit in London, Inver at Loch Fyne and Alchemilla, in Nottingham, his appointment coincides with the launch of Glaschu’s new summer menu, which celebrates Scotland’s larder through a contemporary Glasgow perspective.
