Glasgow’s Gamba’s Seafood Cookbook is a Christmas Catch

A new cookbook has been launched by Glasgow chef-restaurateur Derek Marshall.
According to its publishers, ‘Gamba – A Seafood Cookbook’ showcases many of the acclaimed chef’s most popular dishes alongside new interpretations of traditional recipes. Among the most popular recipes are the restaurant’s fish soup (known as Foup) and Whole Lemon Sole Meunière, a classic Gamba dish that has graced the menu since the day the restaurant opened.
A CIS Excellence Award-nominated, two AA-Rosette establishment, Gamba has been at the forefront of Glasgow’s culinary scene for nearly two decades.
Priced at £25, ‘Gamba – A Seafood Cookbook’ is available now directly from the restaurant.
