Chartered surveyors and business valuation experts, Graham and Sibbald, has acquired specialist leisure sector property consultancy, Fleurets, bringing together two centuries of expertise in hotels, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and leisure assets.
Recognised as a market-leader in the valuation of hotels, pubs and restaurants, G&S works with hotels, leisure groups and independent operators and the addition of Fleurets will enable the combined business to better serve specialist hospitality and leisure markets nationwide.
Les McAndrew, CEO at Graham and Sibbald (pictured above right), said: ‘Fleurets brings with it an invaluable 200-year history of expertise, trust and solid relationships in a key growth sector for our business, and our combined offer will provide specialist consultants in key locations across England. The acquisition follows an equity injection into the business from global investment manager, Foresight Group, last year. The combined business now has more than 400 employees in 25 locations throughout the UK.
