Isle of Eriska Recruits New Head Chef

Ross, previously head chef at the Michelin-Starred Alimentum in Cambridge, has joined Eriska as head chef.
As part of his remit, he is planning to employ four apprentices alongside a strong top team: ‘I’m looking forward to training and working with the juniors in an endeavour to grow our own chefs of the future,’ he explains. ‘Our kitchen team focuses on the use of the freshest produce to develop and enhance the flavours. I will continue to work closely with local suppliers to ensure the best Scottish produce is presented on our menu.’
