The National Trust for Scotland has an opportunity for a Catering Manager at Culzean Castle, one of the Trust’s flagship properties. As part of the Management Team of Culzean Castle & Country Park, the successful candidate will provide a professional, world-class catering service, ensuring that all Trust standards are maintained.
Managing, overseeing and developing the catering operations across three catering outlets within the property, the post-holder will also provide catering for the Eisenhower Hotel while helping to ensure the maximisation of profits and delivering the highest levels of quality and customer service.
Candidates must possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven cost-control and budgeting experience
- An unrivalled dedication to food and customer service
- Demonstrable experience in a busy catering environment
Salary: £26,438 p.a, rising to £27,830 after a successful full year’s service.
