The Scotland, Land of Food and Drink pavilion will feature at Speciality & Fine Food Fair for the sixth consecutive year this September, showcasing a diverse range of producers, during the annual celebration of Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight from 6th – 21st September.
With a total value of £14bn announced this month, the food-and-drink industry is one of Scotland’s strongest-performing sectors.
Hosting a total of 18 exhibitors featuring a range of products, the Scottish pavilion will feature several award-winning producers. Scotland Food & Drink’s Access to Markets Manager Stephanie Pritchard commented: ”Currently, Scottish produce accounts for 5-10 percent of speciality sales in London and the South East, and this figure continues to grow.
‘Our ambition is to see Scottish food and drink grow further, both in London and throughout other markets within the UK and overseas, and we see Speciality as a great platform to achieve this.’
