Levy, the sports and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland, has agreed a long-term food and drink contract extension for the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Now known as EICC Nourish, the company has provided food and hospitality services at the venue since its launch in 1995. Over the last three decades, it has established itself as a premier global destination for conferences and events, with capacities of up to 5,000.
As part of the agreement, the 27-strong team will continue to manage all catering operations for events including conferences, corporate meetings, exhibitions and live entertainment such as concerts, shows and special events.
Matthew Lewis, Chief Operating Officer at Levy said: ‘Sustainability remains central to the renewed partnership. Scottish produce and local suppliers are prioritised, and we are collaborating with the EICC team on some exciting developments in the coming months.’

The contract sees the long-standing partnership extended until 2032.
