Pierre White Launches ‘Scotland’s First Steakhouse Bar & Grill’
Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White has opened his newest venture today, billing the Glasgow city centre restaurant as ‘Scotland’s first Steakhouse Bar & Grill’.
Situated within Hotel Indigo on the city’s Waterloo Street, the new eatery (pictured) offers, according to its namesake, ‘a relaxed, vibrant setting in which people can enjoy good food at affordable prices.’
Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers a range of daily specials in addition to a semi-private dining area.
Denis MacCann, General Manager of Hotel Indigo and co-Chair of the Greater Glasgow Hotels’ Association (GGHA), said: ‘Excitement about the restaurant has been mounting in the weeks leading up to our opening, and bookings have already exceeded our most optimistic projections.’
