A popular Perthshire establishment has been offered for sale for the first time in 30 years. The six-bedroom Thistle Hotel – located in the centre of the village of Milnathort – is for sale at offers around £350,000.

Owned since 1984 by local company, Alexander Harley Seeds Ltd, the hotel has undergone a recent extensive upgrade and refurbishment, and offers a range of facilities including a bar, restaurant, function room and car parking.
