Leading takeaway pizza company, Papa John’s, has announced a new franchisee has taken over the company’s Ayr store.

With ambitions for multi-site development for more outlets in Scotland, Waleed Saleem (pictured front row, second from right), explained: ‘I chose Papa John’s because there is so much opportunity to grow.

‘Deals on equipment, discounts on franchise fees plus help with marketing is just what you need at the beginning, and I’ve been impressed by the training provided.’

He added: ‘Using the freshest ingredients and backed by national advertising plus and local marketing, the Papa John’s recipe for success is a fantastic opportunity to generate great sales in Scotland.

‘My ultimate goal is to open ten pizza stores in Scotland, and the franchisee incentive deal currently being offered is helping me achieve it.’

Having recently launched a new incentive scheme to help franchisees in the early stages of growing their businesses in 2015, Papa John’s is offering discounted royalty fees, a contribution towards marketing spend, assistance with location selection and shop fitting, and free equipment for new stores across the UK, from the Midlands to Scotland.
