New Restaurant Takes the Reigns at Former Plumed Horse

A former protégé of CIS Excellence-winning chef Geoffrey Smeddle, is to take over the site of the former Plumed Horse in Edinburgh.
Scott Smith (pictured), who once worked at Smeddle’s Peat Inn, near St Andrews, will launch Norn as a 36-cover restaurant aiming to reflect the best of Scotland’s natural produce.
