Workforce development body People 1st has launched an interactive training resource aimed at refreshing users’ knowledge of key elements of its WorldHost customer service training.

Designed for use with tablets and smartphones, WorldHost M-learning will allow businesses which have completed the gold standard training scheme to keep their knowledge current and up to date.

Delivered directly to users via email on a monthly basis, the modules provide users with a convenient, cost-effective, flexible way to refresh their skills.
