The Old Manse of Blair, a privately owned five-star boutique hotel in the Cairngorms, has appointed the Three Chimneys’ Scott Davies as head chef.
With a career that has taken him to senior positions in top restaurants in Scotland and around the world Scott became the third head chef in the three-decade history of the famous Skye restaurant at just 29 years of age, and he has now relocated to Perthshire with his family to run the kitchen at the hotel’s Orangery restaurant.
