Inspired by The Buttery, the 110-cover restaurant – which opened its doors on 5th October – has undergone a thorough renovation by the Marine Hotel as part of its investment in the new venue, including the appointment of Andrew Beattie as head chef. The new venue has also created a dozen new jobs for the area.
