Visit the Launch Gallery to meet young, innovative new companies and some very enterprising individuals. Featuring Luss Smokehouse, The Very Lovely Sauce Company, The Auchertmuchty Cake Company, Angus & Oink’s, Red Squirrel drinks, Ogilvy Spirits and Yorkshire Dana Cheese, the Launch Gallery is the place to go to find out about anything and everything new.

And in The Orkney Aisles, a group of producers including Barony Mills, Jolly’s of Orkney, Argo’s Bakery and The Orkney Smokery will have a specially designated corner of the show to exhibit their products, from food and drink to gifts, jewellery and textiles.
And for visitors who are keen to learn something new, the show will offer a comprehensive programme of talks and seminars covering everything from online marketing to using social media effectively in order to increase sales and customers. There’s even a masterclass on how to make the best coffee!
With an unrivalled reputation as the place to see, sample, feel and taste quality products, Scotland’s Speciality Food Show will offer retailers a first chance in 2016 to source new ranges and place orders.
