Scottish Chefs’ Conference 2016: Remember to Book Your Tickets NOW!
The 11th Annual Scottish Chefs’ Conference: Monday 7th November
City Hotel Glasgow
The Scottish Chefs’ Conference returns for the 11th year, and this time it’s got a new format. With eight of the world’s finest chefs sharing their skills, techniques and philosophies and demonstrating their own special dishes, the 2016 conference is one not to be missed.
The eight demo chefs for 2017 include:
Tom Aikens
Billy Boyter
Graeme Cheevers
Jonathan MacDonald
Lorna McNee
Mark Sargeant
Ian Scarramuzza
Julie Sharp
And with suppliers showcasing the latest products and innovations eager to support chefs from all sectors in their kitchens and businesses, the Scottish Chefs’ Conference is a day to network and socialise with fellow colleagues, contemporaries, friends and associates.
And in addition to the eight speakers and demonstrations, why not complete the day by attending the conference dinner. Kicking off with canapés followed by the legendary five-course gala dinner with wine, the event is the culinary culmination of a day’s foodie celebration.
The dress code is, as ever, white chef’s jacket and black trousers.
