Scottish Food Guide Announces Foodie Dates for 2016

CIS Excellence Awards judge Wendy Barrie (pictured left) has announced a series of one-day workshops at the Scottish Food Guide’s food studio in Fife.
With a focus on sustainable cooking courses, meetings, projects, food styling and photography, and bespoke events, there is something for every foodie.
Forthcoming courses include:
– 22nd January: Nordic Cooking – Cookery Tuition & Tips. £75.00 p.p, or two places for £140.00.
– 8th February: Produce, Provenance & Flavours – An intensive day of workshops for chefs and foodies of all styles and levels. £150.00 p.p.
– 26th February: Log Stove Cooking – Cookery Tuition & Tips. £75.00 per person, or 2 for £140.00.
– 29th February: The Tiny House Movement – Enjoy a lunch featuring local produce at Wendy & Bosse’s unique 70m sq studio home, from at 1pm. £45.00 p.p, or £80.00 for 2
All courses inclusive of lunch and a signed copy of Wendy’s cookbook.
