Award-winning chef Mark Sargeant has helped produced a new video which demonstrates how the Brakes product range can inspire chefs throughout the country and across the sector.
Previously head chef under Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, where he gained a Michelin Star, Mark (pictured) was also crowned Young Chef and National Chef of the Year in 1996 and 2002 respectively.
