With over 140,000 pupils receiving results yesterday, Springboard’s has announced the offer of career advice through its CareerScope programme. Tailored to guide young people into careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism, the programme offers free specialist information, one-to-one guidance on CV preparation, and facilitates work experience, apprenticeships and career opportunities in hospitality.

Kelly Johnstone, Springboard’s Scotland Director, said: ‘Our service helps young people in Scotland fit together qualifications, education and practical work experience to create their own career path. It’s vital that young people know about all the options available to help them in the world of work.
