The Scottish Wholesale Association’s annual conference returns this year after a five-year break. Taking place at Ardoe House Hotel and Spa in Aberdeen on Thursday 5th June, the event will adopt a different format to the organisation’s weekend conferences of the past, and aims to focus on market insights in the wholesale industry.
Themed around Kaizen – a Japanese business philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement – the conference will explore topics including the importance of technology and the role of AI within wholesale.
Among other subjects being explored, organisers will introduce an exhibition of Scotland’s produce, showcasing producers that have participated in the SWA’s Delivering Growth Through Wholesale and Wholesale Local Food Champion programmes.

There will be a pre-conference BBQ and networking evening in Ardoe’s gardens overlooking the River Dee, on Thursday, 4th June, which attendees can book as part of the conference package.
