Procurement and supply chain solutions provider, Avendra International, has secured a new three-year contract with the Alnwick Garden, a renowned visitor destination and in Northumberland, England.
Under the new agreement, Avendra International will deliver a tailored procurement solution to help drive cost savings, streamline supplier management and enhance visibility across the entire food-and-beverage operation.
Offering a range of immersive attractions, including the world’s largest outdoor play structure, the Alnwick Garden’s hospitality offering includes the Pavilion Café, a bakery, grocery food huts and the renowned Treehouse Restaurant, which hosts weddings and corporate events throughout the year.
With sustainability a core element of the collaboration, including initiatives that focus on reducing carbon emissions and minimising food waste to support the Alnwick Garden’s long-term environmental goals, the partnership s viewed as an excellent fit.
