Thomas Franks has appointed John Fleming as Regional Managing Director for Scotland. An award-winning chef with experience at hotels, stadia, Michelin Star restaurants and foodservice locations, John was formerly Head of Food (Scotland) at BaxterStorey.
Overseeing operations across Thomas Franks Scotland’s contracts, John (pictured) joins the company from today and is looking forward to ‘travelling across the country helping to enhance the company’s reputation.
