Today is the final day until the deadline passes to apply for a Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland scholarship, organisers are appealing to the industry hopefuls to submit their applications without delay.

Open to applicants from all levels and sectors within hospitality – including further and higher education – the scholarships offer money-can’t-buy learning experiences in businesses and institutions in the UK and around the world.

The closing date for 2015 applications is Friday 28th November 2014, and the awards ceremony will take place as part of the HIT Emerging Talent Conference on 5th February 2015.
