A group of 12 luxury apartments across Aberdeenshire have moved from a paper-based spreadsheet system to Guestline’s cloud-hosted property management system, Rezlynx.

Town & Country Apartments adopted Rezlynx because of its specific suitability for the apartment market.

With a range of five star apartments, houses and steadings throughout Aberdeen and the surrounding area, the group utilises the bespoke software solution to help streamline their management processes, reduce operational costs and boost revenue.

Providing quality accommodation (pictured) in a range of prime locations – many with underfloor heating and private balconies – the group also provides chauffeur-driven cars and airport transfers for the ideal corporate business trip, holiday or short break.
