Unilever Food Solutions’ PR Firm Announces Management Buyout

The PR firm favoured by CIS Excellence Awards Restaurant of the Year sponsor, Unilever Food Solutions, has changed hands after a management buyout led by its current CEO, Anita Murray.
As part of the deal, William Murray Communications’ fellow director, Dave Greenwood, will take a minority stake along with co-owner Karen Browne, who also becomes chairman.
Founded in 1989 William Murray PR’s other clients include Quorn, Elior and BRITA.
Listed in the Women 1st Top 100, Anita (pictured) is a regular speaker and contributor to the media.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
